Movies I’m watching
The Good Nurse on Netflix and it's about a nurse who... I’ll let you watch it if you’re into investigative movies that are based on a true story. The suspense in the movie is done very well, even when your expectations are met you will be left with a hint of anxiety before everything is revealed. Also don’t watch trailers, they’re the rapid hole of film. Watch based on recommendation!

What I listening to
This week I listened to The Rich Roll Podcast with the guest Max Fisher, who is a reporter for the New York Times. Fisher is also the author of The Chaos Machine, a book about how social media rewires our brain and its influence on individual and world events. Apparently, TikTok feeds in the US and China look completely different. One promotes entertainment and the other promotes personal growth and productivity.
